1. Who is responsible
EMCsim is provided by UAB “EMCSOFT”, company code 305705679, VAT LT100015158810, Zhirmunu str. 57-50, 09110 Vilnius, Lithuania. Contact: emin.m@emcsoft.io or +370 672 42832.
EMCsoft is the controller for this website, demonstration enquiries, support correspondence and its own business administration. When an agency uses EMCsim to process its customers’ calls and CRM records, that agency normally determines the purpose and is the controller; EMCsoft processes that data on its instructions. The customer’s service agreement and applicable data processing terms govern that relationship. Contact your agency first about its calling records.
2. Information we process
- Website and enquiries: network and request information needed to deliver and protect the site, your cookie choices, and contact details and messages you choose to send when requesting a demonstration or support.
- Account and connection data: Bitrix24 portal and user identifiers, roles, integration credentials, connected device identifiers, push tokens and diagnostic information.
- Calling and CRM data: telephone numbers, available contact details, call direction, status, time, duration, responsible users, CRM references, routing requests, comments and outcomes.
- Audio: recording files supplied by a compatible phone when the customer enables recording upload and grants the required permissions. EMCsim does not guarantee that a phone can record calls.
- Customer-configured integrations: information submitted through callback forms, API requests and configured webhooks, according to the customer’s settings.
The landing page does not access your microphone, contacts, phone or Bitrix24 portal. The EMCsoft support widget connects to our Bitrix24 service at crm.emcsoft.io and can process support interactions, browser information and visit attribution using cookies or local storage. Its interactive routing example uses fictional data. AI analysis is not part of the current release.
3. Demo request form
The Book a demo form asks for your first name, last name, e-mail address and telephone number. Our server forwards these details to EMCsoft’s Bitrix24 CRM to create an enquiry and arrange your demonstration. Your contact details are sent only when you submit the form. The form remains available when optional cookies are rejected.
4. Purposes and legal grounds
We use enquiry and account information to respond to you, arrange demonstrations and deliver agreed services, including steps you request before a contract. We process limited operational information for legitimate interests in securing, maintaining and supporting the service, taking your rights into account. We may retain information to meet legal obligations. Optional website preference cookies require your consent.
The customer determines the lawful basis for contacting people, synchronising CRM data and recording conversations. A website cookie choice is not consent to record a call. Customers must provide appropriate notices and obtain consent where required by the laws applicable to the participants.
5. Who receives information
Access is limited to authorised personnel and providers involved in delivering or supporting the service. Railway provides hosting infrastructure; the connected Bitrix24 service receives CRM and calling information; Google Firebase Cloud Messaging carries device notifications when push messaging is configured. Customer-selected webhook destinations receive the data that the customer chooses to send. Mobile operators handle the underlying telephone call under their own terms.
We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information when legally required or to protect lawful rights. The support widget is provided through EMCsoft’s Bitrix24 service. Following its WhatsApp or Bitrix24 support links, or a link to another external site, brings you under that service’s own privacy and cookie practices.
6. Storage, international transfers and security
Hosting and provider locations can differ from your country. Where a transfer is subject to data protection restrictions, the applicable lawful transfer mechanism must be covered in the service’s processing arrangements. Contact us before activation for the processing locations, provider details and data processing terms applicable to your deployment.
We use access controls, authenticated connections and tenant-specific authorisation to protect service data. Customers should restrict administrative access, protect phones and credentials, and remove access when team members leave. No internet service can promise absolute security.
7. Retention and deletion
We retain enquiry and support information for as long as needed to handle the request, administer the business relationship and meet applicable legal obligations. Operational records are retained only while needed for service delivery, security or investigation.
Recording retention is controlled by the portal’s settings. The default does not automatically expire recording files; customers must choose an appropriate retention period or request deletion. Removing a connection does not necessarily erase its history. Copies already stored in Bitrix24, on a phone or at a customer-configured destination follow that system’s separate retention rules. Contact us to arrange deletion and clarify any required legal retention or backup lifecycle.
Website cookies listed in our Cookie Policy expire after 180 days unless you clear them earlier. Optional preferences can be removed at any time through Cookie settings.
8. Your rights and choices
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. We may need to verify your identity and the authority for a request.
Email emin.m@emcsoft.io with “EMCsim privacy” and enough information to identify your request. Do not send passwords or recordings unnecessarily. We will respond within the applicable statutory period. You may complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (VDAI) or your local supervisory authority.
9. Business use and changes
EMCsim is intended for professional use, not for children. Do not submit children’s information through this website. We may update this policy when the service or its processing changes. The revision date appears above; material changes affecting existing customers will be communicated through appropriate service channels.
