1. What this website stores
Cookies are small values saved by your browser for a website. This landing page uses one necessary cookie to remember your privacy choice and, only with your consent, one preference cookie for the routing example. Our site fonts and illustrations are served from this website. The EMCsoft contact widget loads from crm.emcsoft.io and may use cookies or local storage for support and visit attribution. Its support links can open WhatsApp or Bitrix24 under those services’ own policies.

Existing choices in the former emccall_consent cookie are honoured without extending their original lifetime. Where the browser exposes its original expiry, that choice is migrated to the new format. Otherwise the original cookie remains in use until it expires or you make a new choice. The routing example does not read cookies belonging to other EMCsoft products.
The two cookies listed above are first-party cookies, restricted to this site. The support widget manages its own operational storage separately; your routing preference choice does not control that widget. You can block or clear its storage in your browser. We do not use local storage or fingerprinting for this example. Before you choose, the example works in memory and no optional cookie is set.
2. Make or change your choice
Choose Accept optional or Reject optional, or change your choice at any time using Cookie settings. Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent access to any page, download or demonstration request. Withdrawing consent deletes the optional routing cookie; the necessary cookie records your latest decision.
You can also clear or block cookies in your browser. If cookies are blocked, this site remains usable, but your selection may not be remembered between visits. If JavaScript is disabled, the site does not set these cookies and the interactive example is unavailable.
3. Other sites and the application
The embedded EMCsoft support widget is delivered by our Bitrix24 service at crm.emcsoft.io. Links to WhatsApp, Bitrix24 support, EMCsoft’s contact page, email applications and the Android download open separate services. Their policies apply once you follow a link. This cookie policy covers the landing page; authentication and operational storage used within the EMCsim application are described by its privacy information and settings. Your website cookie choice does not authorise recording telephone calls.
